Mental Training for Athletes
Stronger Performance / Better wellbeing

The Eco-psychology Model
In cases where sessions take place in person rather than online, Katarina offers clients the option of meeting outdoors instead of in an office, weather permitting. This could mean a walk in a city park, a visit to the beach, a stroll through a botanical garden, or a path in the forest – an easy, slow walk surrounded by nature, with opportunities to sit and pause. This model is based on the understanding of the many psychological and physiological benefits provided by the natural environment.
The “East Meets West” Model
The metaphor East meets West refers to the combination of methods originating in Eastern philosophies, such as the emphasis on the body-mind connection, mindfulness, and meditation practices – with methods developed within modern Western psychology, such as cognitive therapy. Katarina has been a supporter and practitioner of this model for many years. However, it is important to emphasize that all methods she applies within this model are science-based and delivered to her clients in such way.
How Does It Work?
Each session usually lasts one hour or one and a half hours. Most sessions are conducted online, from the comfort of the client’s home, via video call. However, in-person meetings can also be arranged in advance, especially in Europe, where Katarina spends most of her time. Sessions are available in both English and Slovak, and are primarily aimed at semi-professional and professional athletes, at any stage of their career. The price of a session varies depending on several factors but typically ranges between 50 and 120 EUR per session. All sessions are confidential.
