Mental Training

This involves a set of specific methods and techniques. Katarina combines scientifically based meditation practices with approaches from modern psychology to support performance, well-being, and mental strength.

Lincz Method

A unique, new method developed by Katarina over the past eight years. It is a form of aquatic meditation designed to induce deep relaxation, stress relief, and the development of mental resilience. This method is practiced in a pool setting.

How Does It Work?

Each session usually lasts one hour. Most sessions are conducted online, via video call. However, in-person meetings can also be arranged in advance, especially in Europe, where Katarina spends most of her time. Sessions are available in both English and Slovak, and are aimed at athletes, at any stage of their career. All sessions are confidential.
